Fourth Grade Wolf Pack Supply List
Arizona law requires that public schools provide supplies required for academic success.
This list represents optional, supplementary items which
you may supply, at your discretion. Because of school budget restraints, we highly recommend that parents purchase these supplies for their children. If you have questions, feel free to contact the school.
FOR THE STUDENT
2 box of pencils and/or mechanical pencils
6 ballpoint pens (3 red and 3 black/blue)
4 highlighters (any color)
1 set of colored pencils
1 box of markers
1 box of crayons
5 low odor thick-tip dry erase pens
1 pencil sharpener (not battery-operated)
1 pencil box
1 12" ruler with inches and centimeters
4 glue sticks
1 dispenser with transparent tape
1 scissors
5 packs of lined paper
5 spiral notebooks (wide-ruled)
8 folders with pockets (preferably plastic)
1 pack of 100 index cards (lined or unlined)
1 dry-erase board
1 backpack

1 package of sanitizing wipes
2 boxes of tissues
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
1 box of 1-quart baggies
1 package of paper plates
1 ream of copier paper
1 deck of cards (old/new, complete/incomplete)
New and used book donations for the classroom library would also be greatly appreciated.
